Welcome to the Ousetech Ltd website terms and conditions for use. By utilizing the Ousetech Ltd website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. We are not registered for VAT.

No contract will commence between you and Ousetech Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Ousetech Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom.

Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Ousetech Ltd irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

Ousetech Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licensed to Ousetech Ltd. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without our prior permission.

To the fullest extent as permitted at law, Ousetech Ltd is providing this website and its contents on an as is basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Delivery Time
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorization. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavor to contact you within 24 hours. All timescales exclude weekends where orders are normally dispatched on the following Monday. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 2 - 5 working days, deliveries to Europe and North America 5 - 7 working days.

Order Tracking
To track a recent order you will need your tracking code. Your tracking code and carrier information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. To track your orders or any queries you may have please contact: sales@ousetech.com.

Methods of Payment
We accept UK cheques and all major debit/credit cards. You are able to pay for your goods using Paypal and all major credit, debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing, Switch, Solo, JCB and Electron cards). All orders must be placed online. UK cheques are subject to 7 days bank clearance before your order is dispatched.

Online Security
Secure servers offer Ousetech Ltd customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet. The SSL and payment facilities for Ousetech Ltd are provided by ShareIt! and Paypal. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Ousetech Ltd liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Product Information
Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Ousetech Ltd takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on the Ousetech Ltd website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.
